- Official certificates affixed to papers signed by individuals in their private capacity
MEA: An Apostille cost of Rs. 50/- is charged for each document. Normal attestation is provided free of charge.
Outsourced organisations: Since the Ministry of External Affairs does not accept documents directly from the applicant/person, all MEA paperwork should be submitted and collected by the four specified outsourced organisations for the Attest / Apostille. Outsourced agencies will charge the following amount per document for collection and delivery for Apostille/normal attestation by MEA:
If the document is in another language and before Apostille, you want translation in English or a Foreign language; then the charge will be extra.
